INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PRINCIPLES FOR VISITORS OF WWW.GAUDEAMUS.CZ, WWW.SK.GAUDEAMUS.CZ, WWW.EN.GAUDEAMUS.CZ AND VISITORS OF GAUDEAMUS FAIRS

The company MP-Soft, a.s., IČO: 440 14 040, with registered office at Příkop 4, 604 16 Brno ("Controller") processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and other legal regulations.
The following personal data/categories of personal data are processed in order to analyze the traffic of the above-mentioned websites:
- IP address
- Location data
- Content of cookies, obtained from the data subject during a visit to the websites.
In order to document and promote the Gaudeamus fairs, the following personal data/categories of personal data are processed:
- Photos of visitors, obtained from the data subject in the course of trade fairs.
Personal data will be processed by the Administrator both manually and automatically directly through its authorized employees and further through processors authorized by the Administrator on the basis of personal data processing contracts.
List of subjects/categories of recipients to whom personal data of the data subject may be made available:
- Google LLC.
- Facebook Inc.
- UVM, s.r.o. (fair website operator)
- Other processors, however, not currently used by the controller.
Personal data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 3 years.
The data subject has the right of access to his personal data processed by the Controller, their correction or deletion, or limitation of processing, and the right to object to the processing.
The data subject also has the right to obtain from the Administrator personal data relating to the data subject and which the data subject has provided to the Administrator. Based on the request of the data subject, the administrator shall provide the data subject without undue delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, upon the request of the data subject, provide it to another clearly designated administrator. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed automatically.
The administrator does not intend to provide personal data to third countries.
If the data subject believes that unauthorized processing of his personal data is taking place, he can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the territory of the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
