SLAVONICE TOWN

The old renaissance town of Slavonice lies in the south-western Moravia on the border with Austria, where the borders of the three historic lands of Moravia, Bohemia and Austria meet. Urban conservation area Slavonice, which belongs to the grouo of renaissance towns of southeast Bohemia, is nominated as a UNESCO monument. In the city center there are many historical monuments in the Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque style.
